On Jan. 15, the boosters and athletes of Central Crossing High School competed in the third annual Chili Cook-off at the school's cafeteria.  For a dollar a cup, chili-lovers could sample the teams' wares while a panel of judges selected the winners. Here, Nehemiah Bass, a freshman running back, tastes a cup of chili during fund raiser. The overall winner was the volleyball team, with softball placing second. The track team won the presentation category.
