Reynoldsburg to hold public hearing about Rosehill Road
(by Rachel Scofield, Staff Writer - February 25, 2009)
The city of Reynoldsburg will hold a public meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. March 10 in the Municipal Building regarding construction on Rosehill Road.
At the meeting, city engineer Jim Miller will address concerns including mail delivery and trash collection.
The city also has begun collecting bids to paint the inside and outside of the Broad Street water tower (located in Pataskala on land owned by Reynoldsburg).
During the painting, the city will rely on water from the Columbus water tower located immediately beside the Reynoldsburg tower. At 2 million gallons, the Columbus tower holds twice the capacity of Reynoldsburg's, Miller said at Reynoldsburg City Council's March 23 meeting.
The city will apply for an EPA grant to pay for the project.
The city has yet to determine whether a logo should be printed on the outside, Miller said.
