City leaders and community advocates attend the groundbreaking ceremony for a new housing development on the Westside. Community Housing Network yesterday announced June 18 the construction of Inglewood Court Apartments, a $8.7 million housing development on Sullivant Avenue. The complex will feature 60 one-bedroom apartments for residents overcoming homelessness, mental illness or substance addiction. Construction will be complete in 2013.
