Keep Columbus Beautiful (KCB) litter mascot, Phil Mee Yup, visits kids at the Boys and Girls Club on Gift Street. The youths kicked off of the Sullivant Avenue Litter Bust in late September. The program is a partnership between KCB, Franklinton Board of Trade and Leader Spark. Initiated by Rebecca Hunley, the program plans to perform small monthly clean ups of Sullivant Avenue by proposing community organizations to donate a two hour commitment throughout the year to help clean up the street.
